Aditi Kothari Desai

Executive Vice President, Head of Sales, Marketing and e-business

DSP BlackRock Investment Managers Private Limited, which is a joint-venture between the DSP Group and BlackRock, the world’s largest asset management firm. She also serves as a member of the Executive and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committees.

Aditi joined Merrill Lynch’s investment banking group in New York in 1998, primarily working on M&A activities in the Financial Institutions Group. Subsequently, she worked in DSP Merrill Lynch as part of the fixed income sales team and later joined DSP Merrill Lynch Fund Managers in 2002 (now DSP BlackRock) where she worked on various projects, including establishing an offshore fund for foreign investors.

Aditi leads the Investor Education initiatives as well. She was instrumental in launching Winvestor, a special initiative aimed at empowering women with financial knowledge to plan for their economic and long-term security. To inspire corporate working women to take their first steps in their financial journey, workshops are organized and conducted in top organizations across the country; and through the firm’s partnership with NGOs such as Sanchayan and Parinaam, over 4000 underprivileged women have already been impacted. Aditi has also volunteered to partner with Vogue India’s social awareness initiative by pledging to support the education of at least 5000 women from underprivileged backgrounds across India.

Aditi is a Trustee in the Hemendra Kothari Foundation as well as the Wildlife Conservation Trust. She also serves on the Advisory Board of DASRA , a leading strategic philanthropy foundation in India. Aditi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

He currently leads the Learning and Organisation Development for Fortis Healthcare and previously was Head Talent Management Tata Docomo and Director L&D for Microsoft . He is a certified trainer and facilitator for Role Efficacy, Achievement Motivation, Assessment and Development Centre, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), Crucial Conversations, and a coach of the Institute of Coaching Federation (ICF). He is a founder member of the Institute of Group Facilitation. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D at the Indian Institute of Management, Kashipur.

Uma Sankar

Uma has a rich experience of working for Global companies like Capegemini, Computer Sciences Corporation as a L&D leader, as well as with NIIT to deliver their training solutions for corporates. She has contributed to all the phases of an evolving learning organisation which includes setting up a L&D function, global program delivery for 70,000 odd workforce to championing technology enabled learning for large MNC's. A graduate in electronics engineering, she is also a life coach, extremely passionate about people development and talent management.

A science graduate from M.S. University, Udaipur (Rajasthan) and an MBA in HRD from DAVV, Indore, Vikrant also holds a PG Diploma in HRD from Academy of HRD, Hyderabad, Dip. in T&D from ISTD, New Delhi and different professional certifications in learning & assessments. He also has 4 paper publications to his credit, of which one on Change Management has won him the ‘Emerging Thinker’ award from the Indian Society of Training & Development also.

Dr. Vishal Shah is currently Vice President- Leadership & People Sciences at Wipro. He is responsible for leadership development & organization effectiveness initiatives. Vishal has a mix of academic & corporate backgrounds. A passion for people and people development is the common thread that runs through his career. Prior to Wipro, he has worked in multiple industries like IT, BPO and Retail. He has also had the opportunity to work in different roles in Sales, HR and Consulting. Vishal is an alumnus of IIMB’s PGDM as well as FPM programs. He has published papers in international journals and presented in international conferences.

Yuvaraj Srivastava

Yuvaraj is the Group Chief Human Resource Officer and responsible for talent & people strategy of all the group companies including MakeMyTrip, GoIbibo and Redbus. He joined the Company in May 2014 after having successful stints at companies like PepsiCo, Oberoi group of Hotels and Asian Paints.

As a part of the Leadership team his key focus areas include Human Resource planning, Talent Management, Leadership Development, CSR and administration.

Yuvaraj comes with 20 years of corporate experience and 6 years’ service with the Indian Armed Forces. He worked for Asian Paints Limited for around 9 years in different roles including Head HR for the Mumbai plant and after that spent three years with The Oberoi, New Delhi as Director – Human Resources. In 2010 he joined PepsiCo India as Vice President HR for West and Central India; later he led HR for All India Sales and Organisation Capability (foods business), and served as Director – Organisation Capability (PepsiCo India region) as his last role with PepsiCo. Yuvaraj has extensive experience of handling all domains of HR including Strategic HR planning, diverse workforce, Employee Relations, Change Management, People Development, Culture Building, Organizational interventions and Corporate Social Responsibility. He is passionate about OD and learning & development and has been accredited as certified trainer for various courses and programs.

Yuvaraj has been recognized as by various professional bodies for his contribution in HR field.
